In this class you will learn:
- Child development, structure, routine, and how to respond to misbehaviors.
- Discipline without yelling or spanking, Communication skills,
- Dealing with challenging kids, calming, & building self-esteem, trust, consistency.

Class Location: Downriver Alano Club, 2060 Council, Lincoln Park MI, off Dix, 2-blocks south of Outer Drive, parking lot off charter St.
Make-up classes are available. Bring a pen and a notebook. Must complete homework to receive certificate.
Payment plans available. Reduced fees for low-income qualified families.
Anger Management Class-Adults
In this class you will learn:
- Learn to control your anger…before it controls you! Empower yourself and change your life.
- Practice Non-violent Communication, understand anger triggers, and utilize stress reduction techniques
- Learn how to maintain balance in all situations and more!
