• Practice Stress Reduction
• Utilize Calming and Diffusion Techniques
• Maintain Balance in all Situations
• Handle School Conflicts!

Class Location: Private instruction only.  Bring a pen and a notebook. Certificate received upon completion. Class intended for school or court matters, DHS/CPS, probation, & personal growth situations.
